When you request me to scope your transcript, you can expect that I will listen carefully to the audio word-for-word and fix misspellings, punctuation, transpositions, capitalization, define mistranslates and untranslates, research proper names and special terms, use your preferred parentheticals, and use proper formatting. I am able to read steno, and I never use AI. If there is a questionable area that needs your review, I mark it.
