I met Gayle over a decade ago when we worked for the same court reporting firm.  At that time, she was a transcriptionist, proofreader, and scopist, while I was a brand-new reporter.  She began scoping for me after we both left to pursue other opportunities. 

Gayle helped me build my dictionary, ensured my transcripts were accurate and timely, and always demonstrated a high level of professionalism.  She has an eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.  Gayle clearly understands the ins-and-outs of court reporting.  I always found her work thorough and accurate, and deadlines were always met.
